Finally a section. Good that it is finally here. The negative space in the central core is nice. The proportions are nice and not closed in feeling. It still seems, as suspected that the floorplates are completely aligned and rather regimented for such an organic endeavor. From a purely utilitarian point of view, the auditorium appears small. That is a space begging to be double or triple high.
There is still a uniformity to the spaces that is making them feel similar. Without the labels, none of them could be differentiated with the exception of the pool spaces. Try letting the pools define the bottom of the building rather than walling them in. Also, try to reinject the hierarchy apparent in your parti and study models as well as some of the earlier schemes. It is clear that the software is still handling you rather than the other way around. Give it one more push to order the spaces.
In all, though this has come light years throughout the semester.
I like this section too, but, actually, it gives perception of larger spaces then they actually are. If I had time, and this was actual project I would finetune it a bit more. As for auditorium, it is actually taller then this section shows; on the video you can see that it has West side of the ceiling raised almost double height giving a huge panoramic view of the river.
